Welcome, friend!

Nicole Bissett, Christian coach and writer, smiling indoors

A natural born storyteller, I’ve always been enchanted with writing and telling stories. So in the midst of my messiest and most broken season, I started my first blog. The year was 2010 and that blog saved me from the depths of desolation.

I wrote to discover and understand.
I wrote to escape and dream.
I wrote until the despair didn’t define me anymore.

And then I closed it down and walked away.

I was in the messy middle of my life and struggling to rectify where I thought my life was going to go, and where it actually was. Dreams I had held close to my heart were slipping through my hands.

Or so I thought.

God met me in that messy middle and reminded me that I am His daughter. The days weren’t any less difficult or confusing, but the weight of dread was lifted by Hope and the reminder of who He says I am.

God met me in that messy middle and brought me into abundance.

Now I get to walk with other women, championing them through their own messy middles. If you're in a season that doesn't look like what you planned, I'd love to come alongside you.

Read my Substack that I lovingly call
Believe in Futures.

Fun facts about Nicole

My coffee order is a triple 16oz iced Americano. No milk, no flavoring. Just cold bean water.

01

I tend to read several books at the same time. I like to be prepared based on my mood or my brain capacity.

02

I love 1990s sitcoms. Specifically Friends and Frasier, and I rewatch them often.

03

Concerts are a love language for me. I’m short, so it’s rare that I ever have a great view of the stage, but I do love the view of someone’s shoulder blades as I listen to the music.
